To strengthen our team, we are seeking an Account Manager (m/f/d) for the Automotive sector in Poland. You will work from your home office and regularly visit our customers in the field. Ideally, your place of residence is centrally located within the sales territory, around Wrocław or Warsaw.

Your responsibilities:

• Serve as the local contact for all technical and commercial matters for new and existing customers in the region
• Support ongoing series deliveries and acquire new business

• Completed university degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
• At least 3 years of experience in sales of technical products, ideally in the automotive sector
• Strong technical understanding and a feel for technically feasible solutions
• Enjoyment of active market development and customer interaction
• Strong communication skills, innovative and creative thinking, ability to work independently, team spirit, motivation, resilience, and perseverance
• Willingness to travel internationally, excellent English skills (spoken and written), German language skills are a plus
